answer – At this time Amna ships within the EU. Orders outside the UK will incur additional shipping costs to receive your creations.

answer – Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each keepsake bespoke sizing is not available. However, if you have something specific in mind, we’d be glad to hear from you before you make a purchase.

answer – We’re happy to accept returns of unused pieces in their original condition, with a full refund offered within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom keepsakes are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. We recommend keeping your proof of postage when sending a return.
