Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with a selection of lead times applying to each creation.
Once you’ve bagged and bought your choice of keepsake, we’ll send a receipt to pop in your purse or pocket. We’ll also follow up with another note once your goods are on the way, with the all-important tracking details at the top.
Customs and import duties may apply
If it’s not for you, you can return or exchange your amna within 14 days from the date it reaches your door.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.
Returns should be in the same condition as when they caught your eye online and please make sure to carefully wrap them in the same packaging.
In the unlikely event that one of our designs is sent back with a few more scratches and signs of wear than when we sent it, we may return it back you.
Please note: custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces are unfortunately not eligible for return.
Return and exchange shipping costs must be covered by you and we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of items during transit.
